Day and night earrings – a practical idea that has long since disappeared. Two styles from one pair of earrings. Influenced by 19th century Berlin cast-iron jewelry, the structure of this earring is comprised of stamped iron components found at a wholesale mall in Yiwu, China. The components were originally intended to be gold-plated and sold in shopping malls across the US and Europe.
